Welcome To CAPA!

CAPA is an organization/coalition that is made up of a collaboration of life affirming organizations that provide assistance, support and hope to women, teens and their families.

Our Mission: To support, assist, equip and unify organizations, churches and helping agencies in order to make a greater impact in our city and further our outreach missions.

Member organizations include, but are not limited to: Pregnancy Care Centers, Maternity Homes, Adoption Agencies, Adoption Awareness, Counseling Centers, Abstinence Education, Teen Ministries, Parenting Assistance Agencies and Abortion Recovery Groups. Recognizing that we are servants for the same mission and purpose, CAPA fosters a spirit of cooperation, consideration, support, partnership and collaboration between members, rather than a spirit of competition.

We provide assistance to individuals, groups, agencies, churches and counselors through:  

  • Referrals
  • Education
  • Literature
  • Training
  • Speakers

 Why is it important?  Did you know that each day, 3,300 women wake up in America believing abortion is the only solution to an unplanned pregnancy?  Women, teenagers and their families need help and support. They need fact based information, know all the resources that are available, learn of the alternatives to abortion, be aware of temporary safe housing for teens and education on parenting plans.  Our agencies are willing to provide this information in a secure, confidential and compassionate way.

      May19th 2012 Concert & Conference for Life Ministry Workers!

      Adoring Christ Ministries and CAPA will partner to provide a special 1-day Conference and Concert with Rebecca St. James for ALL LIFE MINISTRY Volunteers, Staff and Workers. This event will be held at Houston’s First Baptist Church and is to bring rest and renewal to the hearts and spirits of those who serve on the front lines.
